Maribel, with a decade of experience in the professional field, developing large-scale projects of various types, leading national and international teams, coordinating projects inside and outside of Mexico, and being the director of business development with her interdisciplinary team, has managed to position herself as a leading woman who has led to the success and positioning of our firm.

Ar. León Aguilar
Main Partner and Founder of ZVA ARCHITECTS
León with more than 19 years of professional experience, strategist, and planner, today as CEO of zvaa. He is a member of the Project Management Institute, AIA, actively participates in university lectures, and has participated as part of the jury in architectural competitions for the development of future architects. He’s a leader in the design and development of projects of all kinds. He always seeks to integrate his critical thinking in creating the best solutions for each project.
ZVA was founded in 1992 in New York by Sergio Zepeda and Monique Verart. Today we have contact offices and workshops in New York, Puebla, and CDMX. With more than 28 years of experience and in order to always be at the forefront, the architects León Aguilar and Maribel Escobar decided to create ZVA ARCHITECTS.
At ZVA ARCHITECTS we seek to design unique, sustainable, and environmentally friendly spaces, creating timeless and memorable architecture. Throughout our trajectory, we have carried out multiple projects and Architectural works within different areas, which we can include in the following design areas: corporate, residential, hotel, interior design, recreational, hospital, cultural, sports, industrial, among others.
